**Job Objective:** Document fiber optic and infrastructure deployment projects, ensuring the proper delivery of dedicated services and GPON networks to enterprise customers, carriers, and WISPs, in accordance with established technical and quality guidelines. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday – 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays – 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., remote work. * Competitive salary plus bonuses. * Statutory employee benefits. * Transportation routes (in various zones). * Subsidized cafeteria (if required). * Specialized tools and equipment. * Residential internet after six months of employment. **Requirements** **Academic Qualifications** * Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Business Management Engineering, Logistics, or related field. **Experience** * *Six months of experience in Project Management or Telecommunications.* **Technical Skills** * *Proficiency in Google Earth* * *Link simulation using Packet Tracer* * *Operation and interpretation of OTDR and OPM* * *Knowledge of fiber optic links* **Responsibilities** * Validate routes, perform mapping, and coordinate on-site surveys. * Monitor performance and progress of field technical crews. * Review and document engineering implementations for each service. * Coordinate and track validation tests (OTDR, RFC, BERT) jointly with enterprise support, NOC, and the customer. * Document failures and incidents, and propose improvements to existing infrastructure. * Develop operational procedures (MOPs) for maintenance windows and manage their scheduling. * Manage site access requirements for enterprise locations (SUA, DC3 certificates, equipment for working at height). * Request access permissions, construction permits, ports, site entry authorizations, and develop preliminary designs when required. **IENTC is an equal opportunity employer.
