Join the team as: **TECHNICAL SUPPORT!** **What Are We Looking For in You?** * Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, servers, and network devices. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in **on-site technical support** and user assistance. * Knowledge of **troubleshooting computer and printer issues**. * Proven experience with **HP and Kyocera printers**. * Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems. * Familiarity with support tools and ticketing systems. * Strong service attitude and effective communication skills with users. **Responsibilities and Functions** * Provide **on-site technical support to end users**, addressing first- and second-level incidents. * Diagnose and resolve **computer failures** (hardware and software). * Attend to, maintain, and fix issues in **printing equipment**, primarily **HP and Kyocera**. * Install, configure, and update computers, printers, and peripherals. * Manage and follow up on **support tickets**, ensuring response and resolution times. * Perform basic network configuration (connectivity, network printers, IP addresses, drivers). * Conduct preventive and corrective equipment maintenance. * Provide basic user training for proper use of equipment and applications. * Document incidents, solutions applied, and service reports. * Escalate technical issues when necessary and follow up until closure. * Comply with IT and information security policies and procedures. **We Offer:** * Competitive base salary. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Ongoing training. * Growth opportunity in the technology field. * Positive work environment and work tools.
