Design technical architectures aligned with business needs Capital Empresarial Horizonte, a Mexican company specializing in Human Resources and Information Technologies, is looking for: Oracle Technical Leader **Conversational English** **To work in CDMX or GDL or QRO or MTY (Hybrid)** We are seeking an **Oracle Lead Technical Consultant** with extensive experience in Oracle solutions, responsible for leading the implementation and technical design of projects, as well as coordinating technical teams in enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Oracle technologies, solution architecture, and technical leadership, actively participating in the design, implementation, and optimization of critical platforms. ### **Responsibilities** * Lead the implementation of solutions based on Oracle technologies * Design technical architectures aligned with business needs * Coordinate technical teams in Oracle projects * Define technical standards and best practices * Supervise Oracle system installations, configurations, and migrations * Participate in the design and optimization of Oracle databases * Resolve complex technical issues * Provide high-level technical support (Level 3\) * Collaborate with architects, developers, and infrastructure teams * Ensure Oracle platform stability, security, and performance * Document technical architectures and solutions ### **Requirements** * **7\+ years** of experience working with **Oracle** technologies * Experience **leading technical projects** * Experience in **enterprise Oracle solution implementation** * Advanced knowledge of: Oracle Database, Oracle Middleware, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) (desirable) * Administration of **Linux/Unix systems** * Solution architecture * Experience in tuning and optimizing **Oracle databases** * Experience in **Oracle** migrations or implementations * Experience in advanced troubleshooting ### **Desirable Knowledge** Experience with: * Oracle WebLogic * Oracle SOA Suite * Oracle Integration Cloud * Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) * Automation using scripts (Shell, Python) * DevOps * Oracle certifications desirable * Experience in high-availability environments **We Offer:** * Office hours * 100% payroll scheme * Salary open to negotiation based on experience * Statutory benefits * Enhanced benefits (family SGMM, SV 1 million, grocery vouchers, 30-day bonus, PTU)
