We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional skilled in personnel administration, recruitment, development, and labor compliance.

**HUMAN RESOURCES**
**REQUIREMENTS**
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
3 years of experience in human resources administration.
Focus on labor relations compliance.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
Personnel Administration: Personnel file management, onboarding, offboarding, attendance incidents, and payroll coordination.
Recruitment and Selection: Job posting, interviews, hiring, and onboarding.
Development and Workplace Climate: Performance evaluations, employee support, and retention initiatives.
Labor Compliance: Implementation of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), contract management, and coordination with occupational safety departments.
Contractual Compliance: Management of contracts with clients and suppliers.
Agency Coordination: Handling requests from IMSS, SAT, and STPS.
**WE OFFER**
**Salary: MXN 16,000–18,000 per month (pre-tax), plus MXN 500 food vouchers, 30-day year-end bonus, and vacation bonus (40% of salary; 100% covered by IMSS)**.
**Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM**

Salary: MXN $18,000.00 per month
