We are looking for a Photovoltaic Construction Resident responsible for supervising and coordinating installations, ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and timely execution. *Job Objective*: To supervise and coordinate on-site photovoltaic installations, ensuring proper project execution, construction quality, and adherence to established standards. *Responsibilities*: * Field supervision of photovoltaic installations * Coordination of work crews * Progress monitoring and construction quality assurance * Conducting technical surveys * Direct client interaction * On-site incident resolution *Requirements*: Electrical or electromechanical engineering or related degree (preferred) 2–4 years of experience in electrical or photovoltaic installations Proven fieldwork experience (mandatory) *Technical Knowledge*: * Photovoltaic systems * NOM-001-SEDE regulations * CFE interconnection processes (preferred) * Reading and interpretation of electrical drawings *Skills*: * Field leadership * Organization and activity tracking * Problem solving * Effective communication We seek a candidate who is: Proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of making decisions in the field—ensuring project quality and supporting operational optimization.
