Professional development in the construction sector ECOE ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION DUE TO EXPANSION, WE ARE SEEKING: ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION RESIDENT Job Objective: Monitor compliance with tasks assigned to operational staff according to the construction schedule, ensuring timely and proper execution. Responsibilities: * Verify that the scope of work outlined in the construction schedule has been contracted by the client. * Supervise task execution and adherence to the progress schedule. * Prepare log notes, meeting minutes, and restriction reports. * Resolve issues arising during construction execution. * Receive and validate completed work for handover to the client. * Update construction progress and request drawing modifications. Requirements: * Education: Degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering (recent graduates welcome). * Experience: Preferably 1 year of verifiable experience in similar roles. * Skills: Teamwork, decision-making, organization, effective communication. * Technical knowledge: Construction processes, interpretation of electrical drawings, electrical materials. * Software proficiency: Office suite, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project. * Valid driver’s license. * Willingness to travel.
