At **SAOSA**, we are looking for a candidate with solid payroll experience, tax calculation expertise, and administrative control skills to join our team in Guadalajara, Jal. **What do we offer?** * **Salary:** $15,000\.00 MXN per month (**NET**) (paid biweekly). * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Stable weekends:** Only **one Saturday shift per month**, from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.! * Statutory benefits from day one. * Job stability and direct hiring. **Mandatory Requirements:** * **Education:** Incomplete or completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. * **Software:** Proficient and fluent use of **CONTPAQi Payroll** is essential. * **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years processing weekly and biweekly payrolls, including calculation of related taxes (IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot, 3% payroll tax, ISR). **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation, calculation, and electronic stamping (timbrado) of weekly and biweekly payrolls in CONTPAQi. * Calculation of employer-employee contributions, affiliation movements, and local taxes. * Maintenance and updating of employee personnel files. * General support for Human Resources department activities.
