Collaboration and teamwork with the lead driver Job Description Driver Assistant Position Location: Zapopan, Jalisco Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Salary: $10,000 MXN per month Description We are looking for a driver assistant to support the lead driver in delivery, loading, unloading, and safeguarding of goods, ensuring products reach customers on time, in full, and in optimal condition. Additionally, assist in basic logistics tasks, product inspection, and customer service. Benefits * Statutory benefits plus additional benefits * Savings fund * Personal loans * Product discounts * Uniforms * Overtime pay Requirements * Education: Completed secondary school; preferably high school education with experience * Minimum 6 months of similar work experience, preferably in distribution, warehouse, or loading/unloading * Customer service orientation * Skills: Teamwork, effective communication, punctuality, responsibility, service orientation Responsibilities * Primarily assist in loading and unloading goods at the warehouse and delivery points * Verify the physical condition of products prior to delivery * Accompany the driver during assigned routes and assist with parking and unloading maneuvers * Deliver goods to customers courteously and professionally * Assist in collecting signatures, invoices, or delivery receipts * Maintain order and cleanliness in the assigned vehicle * Report any accidents occurring during the route to the direct supervisor * Conduct physical inventories of loaded and unloaded products when required * Provide warehouse support when no routes are scheduled Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Application Question(s): * Age and address?
