Position: **Mid-Level Fullstack Developer (Manufacturing Systems)** Location: Mexico Work Model: Remote Contract Type: 6 months Schedule: Monday to Friday Language: Intermediate English preferred Education: Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field **Job Mission** We seek a Mid-Level Developer with a problem-solving mindset to ensure the continuity and evolution of our manufacturing systems. Your objective will be to maintain, enhance, and integrate technological solutions (Backend and Frontend) that guarantee frictionless operations, applying agile methodologies and high-quality standards. **Required Technical Profile (Hard Skills)** To succeed in this role, solid experience is essential in: * **Database (Core):** Advanced proficiency in **SQL Server**. Ability to write complex queries, optimize Stored Procedures (SPs), and manage Jobs. * **Frontend Development:** Experience building interfaces using **HTML, CSS, and JavaScript**. Advanced usage of **React** (web) and **React Native** (mobile). * **Backend & Data:** Development in **Python**, specifically for **ETL** (extraction, transformation, and loading of data). * **Integrations:** Hands-on experience consuming and building **REST APIs** and web services. * **Cloud (GCP):** Basic/intermediate knowledge of **Google Cloud Platform**, with focus on **BigQuery** and **Dataflow**. * **Reporting:** Generating technical and operational reports using **Report Builder / SSRS**. **Main Responsibilities** * **Development and Evolution:** Design and deploy enhancements to existing systems following best practices in coding, testing, and versioning. * **Specialized Technical Support:** Address and resolve mid-level tickets, ensuring proper solution documentation and appropriate escalation when required. * **Platform Integration:** Validate data integrity across systems through ETL processes and web services. * **Agile Collaboration:** Actively participate in **Scrum** ceremonies and task management via **Jira**. * **Technical Mentorship:** Conduct *Code Reviews* to support junior developers’ growth and ensure final product quality. * **Documentation:** Keep configuration records, test evidence, and technical manuals up to date. **Desirable Requirements (Soft Skills)** * **Analytical Ability:** To understand complex manufacturing processes and translate them into code. * **Self-Management:** Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment. * **Assertive Communication:** Critical for progress reporting and team collaboration. **KEY NOTES** * **Priority 1:** Advanced SQL Server (SPs and Jobs) + React/React Native. * **Priority 2:** Python for ETL (not general web development only). **We Offer:** \- Competitive salary based on experience \- Statutory benefits (e.g., vacation bonus, social security, year-end bonus, etc.) \- Opportunity for professional growth.
