Requires knowledge of construction and attention to detail. **Job Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field. * Experience: 1 year or internship in the construction field. * Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite. * Valid driver's license. * Knowledge of standard vehicle operation. **Responsibilities** * Technical visit: Attend daily site locations to perform construction surveys according to requests from the relevant department. * Construction survey: Measure, calculate, and record quantities of materials and technical specifications required for repairs or projects. * Work order preparation: Quantify materials required to execute corresponding construction items. * Documentation management: Manage documentation related to measurement and quantity calculation, specifications, and requirements for on-site work. **Skills and Competencies** * Technical knowledge: Familiarity with construction, civil engineering, or architecture. * Measurement skills: Knowledge of using measuring tools. * Attention to detail: Ability to focus on details and avoid errors in measurement and quantity calculation.
