Position: **Software Engineer** Location: Mexico Work Model: **Remote (Mexico only)** Contract Type: 4 months Working Hours: Monday to Friday Language: Intermediate English preferred Working Hours: 09:00 to 19:00 hrs. Education: Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field **Prescreening Filters (MUST HAVE – Non-negotiable):** ● Core Experience: Expertise in SQL Server, including handling large-scale ecosystems (massive DDLs), query optimization, Stored Procedures, and Triggers. ● Tools/Tech: Proficiency in C# (.NET) for maintaining legacy systems. ● Methodologies: Strong analytical capability to extract business logic from legacy sources (e.g., Excel files or legacy code). **Nice-to-Have (NICE TO HAVE – Desirable):** ● Modern Stack: Experience with React.js (Hooks, Context/Redux) and Python (FastAPI/Flask/Pandas). ● Cloud & DevOps: Knowledge of GCP (Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Cloud SQL, Pub/Sub) and deployment using Docker and CI/CD pipelines. **Key Responsibilities:** ● Legacy Continuity: Maintain operational integrity of critical systems built on SQL Server and C# while navigating complex data architectures. ● Cloud Migration: Lead technological transition by building next-generation applications on GCP infrastructure. ● Modern Development: Implement user interfaces in React and backend logic/automation services in Python for the "Inventory Improvements" project. **We Offer:** \- Competitive salary based on experience \- Statutory benefits (e.g., vacation bonus, social security, year-end bonus, etc.) \- Opportunity for professional growth.
