Latin American country operations include Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru. The **Document Verification Analyst** is responsible for reviewing consumer credit operations, validating that the information and the documentation of the client comply with the approved profile by the analysis area, as well as ensuring compliance with credit policies and procedures. This position requires proposing initiatives to improve the quality of the review optimize response times and reduce costs in the area. Type of contract: Fixed term (12 months) * Review and corroboration of customer information. * Verification of information via telephone. * Document validation and data entry. * Detection of inconsistencies in documents and information. * Participation in projects of process development. * Assure the correct application of policies and procedures. * Fraud prevention. * Maintain and improve the level of service by meeting response times and levels of satisfaction. * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Economics and/or Engineering. * 2\+ years working in the financial sector, preferably in activities related to document verification. * Basic/Intermediate English Skills. * Experience in reviewing and capturing information. * Solid oral and written skills. * Detail oriented. * High capacity to concentrate in repetitive activities. * Capacity to work under pressure. * Capacity to work with teams. * Excellent attitude towards service * Intermediate level in Office, Excel, and Access. The Commercial Risk Specialist, as part of the company’s risk organization, is responsible for the credit risk analysis required for having the approval of credit lines (renewal or establishment). Underwriter will be responsible for completing the credit risk assessment on commercial accounts for dealerships and commercial risk customers. This role is responsible for analyzing financial statements, credit data and internal information to determine a risk rating and a recommendation to establish a new credit facility or to renew the customer’s current credit lines. Through a credit review, the analyst will document and submit their assessment for approval to Risk/Operations as required. The Underwriter must be able to work with other departments, office branches, and/or end\-customer to effectively complete the assessment and obtain the approval/rejection.
