Description. Plan and supervise maintenance activities related to electrical instrumentation equipment, Diesel engines, and transportation equipment based on the company's preventive and corrective maintenance plan. Functions: * Develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans for machinery and equipment. * Supervise maintenance tasks. * Maintain tool inventory. * Monitor compliance with planned activities. * Participate in audit processes. * Document procedures. * Report incidents. * Visit project sites to improve and quickly resolve issues. * Coordinate personnel under supervision. Knowledge and Skills: * Knowledge of Diesel Mechanics. * Proficiency in Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Excellent organizational and technical skills. * Strong leadership skills. * Good oral and written communication skills. * Diplomatic ability to interact at all levels. * Willingness to travel.
