Continuous technical support * Statutory benefits from day one * 100% IMSS registration * Unlimited telephony for work purposes * Direct employment by the company * Continuous technical support * Real opportunities for professional growth Requirements: * Completed bachelor's degree in economics or administrative fields * 2 years of relevant experience * Advanced Excel skills * Experience working under goal-oriented performance systems * Flexible availability regarding working hours * Proactive Responsibilities: * Manage achievement of sales targets for validators and closers (10 people) * Implement policies and procedures * Lead, train, supervise, and develop team members * Develop sales strategies * Review credit applications with the Sales Manager * Prepare management reports * Maintain staff turnover at no more than 10% * Maintain an active workforce of at least 80% * Summarize supervision and monitoring by area and by agent * Analyze and assign KPI strategies in coordination with department heads * Review bonuses, payroll payments, and support disbursements * Monitor attendance records for department heads and the department overall * Collaborate with Marketing on sales strategies * Review e-commerce processes and test website functionality * Define and track Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) Working Hours: * Monday to Friday: 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM * Saturday: Half shift We operate three shifts on weekends: * Saturday\-10:00 AM\-3:00 PM * Saturday \-3:00 PM\-8:00 PM * Sunday\-10:00 AM\-3:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $25,000\.00 \- $30,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discounts * Special discounts and preferential pricing * Employee referral program * Cafeteria service * Discounted cafeteria service Work Location: On-site employment
