The role is responsible to shape thinking and operationalize the Strategic Workforce Plan, OD and OE working closely with the Category HR leadership, the Manufacturing Leadership and collaborating efficiently with GSC\&P HR team. Key Responsibilities:* The HRBP will play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce and talent strategies and organizational capabilities needed for a vertical take\-off. * Creates robust staffing plan, partners with operations and TE to resource for our biggest opportunities at pace, strong proactive pipeline of talent, and creating exciting, accelerated career paths for people which accelerate their development.
