Responsibilities and Activities * Detect and follow up on reports of suspicious activity related to vehicles. * Manage WhatsApp groups with customers and drivers, providing real-time information and support. * Provide emergency assistance to drivers when necessary, ensuring timely response. * Process extension requests promptly and accurately in cases where arrival time is at risk of being reduced. * Monitor satellite groups for tracking vehicles en route.
