**PRODUCT ENGINEER** We are external contractors for a company located in Arandas, Jalisco. We are seeking a professional responsible for leading the design and development of new products and optimizing existing ones—from conception through market launch and maturity. **REQUIREMENTS:** · Age: 25 to 55 years old · Gender: Unrestricted · Education: Degree in Product Development Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field; incomplete degree or student intern. · Minimum six months of experience in product design, development, or engineering within the manufacturing industry (preferred). · Experience using design software and project management tools. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Analyze and review customer technical documentation, designs, and specific requirements to define product details. · Develop, present, and manage work plans and schedules. · Design and produce prototypes or samples for internal and customer validation. · Create production-ready designs (drawings, schematics). · Develop and maintain up-to-date specifications for finished products, raw materials, inputs, and services. · Continuously optimize products and manufacturing processes to ensure cost-effective production, maximum quality, and efficient use of available resources. · Collaborate closely with the Production Department to implement new products or engineering changes, conducting pilot tests and validations. · Fabricate and manage treatment templates (e.g., corona treatment) required for specific production processes. · Properly control and safeguard all engravings, plates, color standards, pigment standards for film, and treatment templates. · Request and review prepress materials. · Issue purchase requisitions for specific materials. · Maintain inventory control and safekeeping of development and prototype materials. **SKILLS:** · Leadership · Creativity · Innovation · Proactivity · Discipline · Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite · Oral and written communication skills · Analytical and problem-solving ability · Organization · Professional judgment · Adaptability and flexibility · Ability to work under pressure to meet delivery deadlines **BENEFITS:** · Transportation · Competitive salary · Weekly payments · Statutory benefits · Excellent work environment Employment type: Full-time Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Company parking * Free parking * Employee referral program * Medical expense insurance Work location: On-site
