Position Summary: Construction Supervisor with experience in welding and sheet metal fabrication projects, blueprint interpretation, and knowledge of safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Position: Construction Supervisor **Location:** Arandas, Jalisco (with relocation assistance from Guadalajara) **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with availability to work overtime on Saturdays or Sundays. **Employment Type:** Full-time Requirements * Proven experience in construction site supervision for welding and sheet metal fabrication projects (MIG, TIG, and arc welding) * Blueprint interpretation (AutoCAD) * Knowledge of STPS safety regulations * Flexible schedule availability * Education: Industrial Engineering or related field * Leadership, effective communication, and interpersonal management skills.
