




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional for recruitment, selection, and hiring of operational staff, with experience in private security and HR management. Key Highlights: 1. Administration of psychometric tests and socioeconomic studies **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical degree / incomplete or completed Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in RECRUITMENT, PERSONNEL SELECTION, AND HIRING * Experience in private security and/or work in industrial plants * Flexible working hours * Commitment and service-oriented attitude * Strong sense of responsibility and urgency * Complete documentation (original and copy) **KNOWLEDGE:** * Recruitment, selection, and hiring of operational staff (preferably in private security) * Field and digital recruitment (social media) * Proficiency in PC and corporate email * Internal HR processes **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Recruitment and selection of personnel. * Initial interviews * Administration and evaluation of psychometric tests * Drug testing administration * Administration of socioeconomic studies * Management of various recruitment sources * Candidate follow-up on social media * Objective-based work * Submission of weekly and monthly reports * Database management * Contract signing * Preparation and consolidation of personnel files * Administrative tasks * Onboarding of new personnel * Uniform distribution * Follow-up with newly hired personnel Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,500.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Work location: On-site employment
