Position Summary: We are seeking a General Accountant with solid experience in tax and accounting areas to manage financial and tax obligations, ensuring regulatory compliance and the company's financial health. Provides internal consulting services on accounting and tax matters At **Beto's Trucking**, a leading company in the freight transportation sector, we are looking for a **General Accountant** with a strong background in tax and accounting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing the organization’s financial and tax obligations, ensuring regulatory compliance and the company's financial health. ### **Main Responsibilities** * **Tax Management:** Preparation and timely filing of tax returns with the SAT (Income Tax, VAT) and compliance with social security contributions (IMSS, INFONAVIT). * **Comprehensive Accounting:** Supervision and recording of general accounting, ensuring information accuracy. * **Financial Reporting:** Preparation of financial statements, bank reconciliations, and management reports. * **Receipt Operations:** Issuance and validation of CFDI (v4\.0\) in accordance with current regulations. * **Payroll Control:** Payroll management, review, and stamping. * **Strategic Advisory:** Providing internal consulting services on accounting and tax matters to support decision-making. ### **Required Profile** * **Academic Qualification:** Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting or related field (Professional Title and Professional License are mandatory). * **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years performing similar duties, preferably in the transportation or logistics sector. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Up-to-date knowledge of Mexican tax legislation. * Advanced proficiency in accounting software (CONTPAQi, Aspel, or equivalent platforms). * Office suite (Advanced Excel). * **Competencies:** Strong analytical ability, proactive organizational skills, ethical handling of confidential information, and meticulous attention to detail. ### **Working Conditions** * **Location:** Zamora, Michoacán. * **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 3:30 PM – 7:00 PM. * Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM. * **Payment Scheme:** Timely biweekly payment. * **Employment Type:** Full-time position with focus on job stability.
