We connect key markets, and to strengthen our administrative team in the **Zamora, Michoacán** region, we are seeking an **Accounts Payable Analyst** with solid accounting training and excellent operational proficiency. ### **What Will Be Your Objective in This Role?** Ensure accurate recording, control, and scheduling of supplier payments, guaranteeing tax compliance and the financial health of logistics operations through meticulous expenditure control. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * **End-to-end Supplier Management:** Receipt, validation, registration, and tracking of invoices (CFDI 4\.0\). * **Account Reconciliation:** Matching supplier account statements against internal records. * **Payment Scheduling:** Preparation of weekly and monthly payment proposals aligned with cash flow projections. * **Tax Compliance:** Strict verification of tax requirements for supporting documents, tax withholdings, and control of Payment Complement (REP) addenda. * **Administrative Support:** Maintaining up-to-date digital and physical documentation archives for audits and monthly closings. ### **Essential Requirements (Accountant Profile):** * **Education:** Completed bachelor’s degree in **Public Accounting** (degree certificate, professional license, or candidate with demonstrable experience). * **Residence:** Currently residing in **Zamora, Michoacán**, or nearby areas (Jacona, Tangancícuaro, etc.). * **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounts payable, treasury, or general accounting (experience in transportation or agricultural sectors is a plus). * **Technical Knowledge:** * Strong understanding of current tax laws (VAT, Income Tax, withholdings). * ERP system proficiency (CONTPAQi, Aspel, SAP, or similar). * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, and data cross-referencing). * **Skills:** High sense of responsibility, organizational ability, attention to detail, and supplier negotiation skills. ### **What Do We Offer?** * Competitive monthly salary: $16,000–$18,000 MXN (gross), depending on experience and competencies. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Direct employment with the company. * Job stability and an excellent work environment in the region.
