REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (graduated or intern). * Experience: Minimum 2 years in general accounting, bank reconciliations, and tax compliance. * Technical knowledge: Contpaq, SAI or similar ERP, intermediate Excel, current accounting and tax regulations. * Type of experience: Formal work experience or specialized technical training in accounting recordkeeping, reconciliations, and tax documentation. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Record invoices, journal entries, and accounting transactions in the system (Contpaq / SAI). * Organize and review supporting documentation for all financial transactions. * Perform accounting and bank reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and propose adjustments. * Verify correct issuance and electronic stamping (timbrado) of CFDIs and payment complements. * Generate accounting and tax reports for analysis and period closings. * Assist in validation and recording of supplier payments and obligations.
