Responsibilities: Manage and follow up on collections for assigned accounts; maintain constant contact with clients to resolve inquiries and negotiate payments; record information in systems; and collaborate with the team to achieve established goals. What We Seek: We seek individuals with collections experience, results-oriented mindset, and effective communication skills. It is important to have teamwork capabilities and the ability to handle high-pressure situations. Knowledge of collections systems and customer management is preferred.
