Position Summary: We are seeking Banking Advisors to offer credit products and services, ensuring an excellent customer experience and fostering long-term relationships. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain up-to-date data and pursue continuous training We are hiring Banking Advisors for the Banco Azteca Module located inside Soriana, facing Plaza Ana. As a Banking Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring an excellent customer experience by selling credit products and services to build long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities: * Advise customers on the various credit products and services offered by Banco Azteca, promoting cross-selling. * Advise customers on the benefits and responsibilities associated with credit, identifying needs to facilitate new credit placements. * Update all customer data in the system during each visit or customer contact, at least once per year. * Process credit applications accurately to avoid payment delays and prevent fraud. * Stay current and continuously trained on the products and services we offer. * Cambaceo: Promoting products outside the point of sale. * Treat customers with respect and exceed their expectations to encourage repeat visits and referrals. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed high school education * Enjoy interacting with customers * One year of experience in placing financial products * Numerical aptitude * Knowledge of credit sales and telephone collections * Experience in field-based customer prospecting activities (field/cambaceo) * Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends * Integrity in performing job duties VALUE PROPOSITION: * Fixed weekly salary starting at: $2,200 * Weekly commissions and bonuses * Statutory benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year, vacation bonus of 25% annually, 15-day Christmas bonus per year, increasing according to tenure * Working conditions: Schedule from Monday to Sunday, 9:45 AM to 8:15 PM, including a 30-minute breakfast break and a 2-hour lunch break, with one weekday rest day (Tuesday).
