Position Summary: A professional with experience in continuous improvement to lead transformation projects, optimize processes, and foster a culture of organizational excellence. Key Highlights: 1. Lead continuous improvement projects and change management. 2. Implementation of improvement methodologies and process analysis. 3. Interdepartmental collaboration and team management. Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field. Training in: Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Project Management. 3 years of experience implementing organization-wide continuous improvement projects. Proficiency in KAIZEN improvement tools, DMAIC, TPM, VSM, SMED, among others.
