




**Main responsibilities:** * **Client service and interaction.** The purpose is to empathetically understand the client’s legal conflict, focusing on resolving their questions and delivering a proactive legal solution that ensures their emotional and financial stability. * **Representation and defense:** Serve as the primary voice in defending the client; manage, negotiate, and participate in hearings and all stages of any trial. * **Preparation of appropriate defense instruments:** Conduct investigations, gather evidence, draft complaints, and file necessary legal remedies. * **Negotiation and argumentation:** Pursue all agreements—whether extrajudicial or judicial—that benefit the client; if no agreement is reached, defend the client’s position before judges and juries. **Required skills:** * Strong verbal communication skills when interacting with supervisors, clients, and authorities. * Strategic and analytical thinking. * Ability to work under pressure and handle complexity. l **THE ACTIVITY WILL BE CARRIED OUT SPECIFICALLY FOR:** ● Preparation of administrative appeals and federal and state contentious-administrative lawsuits. ● Procedures through the SAT portal. ● Management before the Local Board of Conciliation and Arbitration. ● Defense in family, commercial, and civil lawsuits.
