Job Summary: We are seeking a credit field officer to conduct home visits for data verification and provide personalized solutions, delivering friendly and respectful service to customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Home visit for credit data verification 2. Customer service and personalized solutions 3. Motorcycle driving in compliance with safety regulations REQUIREMENTS Age: 18 to 47 years old Education: Completed or incomplete high school (Bachillerato) Gender: No preference Proficiency in standard motorcycle operation Customer service experience · RESPONSIBILITIES + Visit the homes of customers who have applied for credit and verify the information provided in their applications. + Understand customer needs to offer optimal solutions enabling them to keep their accounts current. + Deliver service with respect and courtesy to our customers. + Operate a motorcycle in compliance with safety regulations, always using required and necessary protective equipment. · WE OFFER + Weekly base salary of $2,500. + Commissions + Statutory benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year, vacation bonus of 25% annually, Christmas bonus of 15 days per year (increasing with seniority), and Sunday premium of 25%. + 20% discount at Elektra and Salinas y Rocha (increasing with seniority). + Benefits at over 500 establishments partnered with Grupo Salinas. + Payroll loan available after 2 years of employment. + Salary advance. + Provision of a motorcycle serving also as transportation from home to work. + Gasoline voucher. + Option to purchase the motorcycle upon reaching its useful life. + Safety equipment: armored jacket, helmet, boots, gloves. + Motorcycle accident medical expense insurance. + Life insurance. + Savings fund. + Career advancement opportunities within the group. + Continuous learning as part of our DNA. + We are a company focused on improving the lives of millions of Mexicans.-Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education – General High School Years of experience Age: between 18 and 47 years Keywords: resident, supervisor, assistant manager, sub-manager, responsible person, coordinator, credit field officer, team leader
