




Agave industry company is seeking: Operational Human Resources Supervisor **Functions and Responsibilities** * Coordinate **operational recruitment**, interviews, and hiring of field and plant personnel. * Manage **attendance, incidents, vacations, disabilities, and payroll-related movements**. * Supervise compliance with the **Internal Work Regulations**, discipline standards, and corrective actions. * Handle **registrations, cancellations, and modifications with IMSS and INFONAVIT**. * Coordinate inductions, initial training, and internal communication events. * Support **safety training processes, NOM-035, and employee well-being initiatives**. * Implement **organizational climate**, team integration, and employee recognition programs. * Maintain **personnel files** and documentation for field and plant staff. * Monitor and follow up on **workplace investigations and accidents** in coordination with Safety and Hygiene departments. * Keep control of **employment contracts**, renewals, and document expiration dates. * Ensure compliance with **internal policies, Federal Labor Law (LFT), STPS regulations, and agave sector certification standards** (e.g., social responsibility, agave traceability). * Prepare operational reports for **HR metrics** (turnover, absenteeism, coverage).
