Requirements: * Previous experience in general maintenance (hotel, restaurant, buildings or similar). * Basic–intermediate knowledge in: * Electricity * Plumbing * Painting and finishing * Preventive and corrective maintenance * Proper use of tools and work equipment. * Ability to diagnose and resolve common failures. * Organized, punctual person with a positive attitude. * Ability to follow procedures and report completed work. * Availability of schedule (including weekends when required). Main responsibilities: * Preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities. * Responding to reports of electrical, hydraulic, and structural failures. * Periodic inspection of equipment and facilities. * Support in minor repairs and improvement projects. * Record and report of completed work. * Basic care and control of tools and materials. * Compliance with safety standards.
