We look forward to welcoming you! **Job Objective:** To process payroll payments for employees timely and accurately, adhering to the salary scales established by Grupo Merza, ensuring employees receive their earnings based on the number of days worked. **Responsibilities** * Prepare termination report, based on those signed off in the system, to process payments and thereby avoid errors. * Send employee termination emails to the central payroll department so that terminations are also registered with IMSS. * Enter incidents into the system, recording disabilities, absences, and deductions to apply corresponding deductions. * Generate pre-payroll report, incorporating all necessary incidents, for submission to HR Supervisors. * Record vacation days according to the completed and signed form, for employee deduction purposes. * Compile summary report for PTU (Profit Sharing) payment, based on employee work history, to facilitate disbursement. * Request sales commissions from CEDIS and enter them into the system for accurate disbursement. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field. * Prior experience handling payroll. * Knowledge of IMSS forms.
