Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive and corrective technical support for computer systems 2. Configuration and monitoring of wired/Wi-Fi networks and servers 3. Fault identification and search for effective solutions Provide preventive and corrective technical support for hardware, software, and peripherals. Install, configure, and monitor wired/Wi-Fi networks and perform server administration. Install security updates, configure operating systems (Windows/Linux), and perform backups.
