Train and technically develop maintenance personnel **MAINTENANCE MANAGER** ========================= **Department \-** **Industrial Maintenance** ------------------------------------------------ **Reports to \-** **Plant Operations Supervisor / General Management** -------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Schedule \-** **Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 hrs /** **Saturday, 9:00–13:00 hrs** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Position Objective Ensure maximum reliability, availability, and efficiency of critical production equipment through advanced diagnostics, elimination of repetitive failures, implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, knowledge transfer to the technical team, and support for continuous improvement projects. The position is responsible for ensuring operational continuity across recycling, washing, pelletizing, and extrusion areas—minimizing downtime, reducing maintenance costs, and strengthening the technical autonomy of the team. Key Responsibilities * Diagnose complex failures in mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. * Reduce MTTR (Mean Time To Repair) and increase MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures). * Lead root cause analysis (RCA) to eliminate recurrences. * Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs. * Supervise critical installations and ensure proper technical execution. * Validate critical spare parts and optimize maintenance inventory. * Document technical interventions, recurring failures, and implemented solutions. * Train and technically develop maintenance personnel. * Generate improvement projects aimed at increasing availability and efficiency. * Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards and applicable regulations. * Supervise daily technical checklists and work order follow-up. * Guarantee machinery operates under optimal conditions and within specifications.
