Currently we are looking for an **OPERATIONS COORDINATOR** to join our team in **ZAMORA or JOCOTEPEC** **Objective** Coordinate and create efficiency in managing operational activities through a human team that makes possible the reception, recording, preservation, and updating of systems related to received fruit. **Job responsibilities** * Guarantee accurate tracking and reconciliation of fruit inflows and outflows by producer/shipment/presentation * Implement improvements and efficiencies in operational processes * Coordinate with operations supervisors to achieve department goals * Manage and control costs generated within the department; negotiate with facility lessors * Correctly and timely execute growth plans; lead work team * Carry out and execute necessary tasks and activities to obtain timely certifications; support team growth (supervisors and assistants) * Monitor and ensure compliance with department budget; ensure proper use of facilities * Oversee and manage third-party operations receiving pre-cooling services; analysis and control of fruit reception in the cooler * Coordinate cooler activities through the Operations Assistant team; product shipping **Job requirements** Bachelor's degree in Administration, Systems Engineering, or related field Minimum 2 years in a similar position **Knowledge required**: * SAP proficiency (desirable) * Supply chain * National logistics, dispatching * Virtual, in-transit, and physical warehouses * Inventory days and expiration dates * Producer relations and personnel management Analytical skills and ability to contribute to results **Additional benefits as per labor law** Base salary 100% on payroll Grocery vouchers Work schedule - Flextime Career growth opportunities Job type: Full-time Salary: Up to $27,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Flexible hours * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Work location: Hybrid remote at 59620, El Porvenir, Mich.
