**Job Objective** Ensure achievement of recovery targets through coordination, supervision, and control of the field-based debt collection team. **Key Responsibilities** Coordinate and conduct daily follow-up with the field debt collection team Ensure compliance with recovery and efficiency KPIs Assign collection routes, portfolios, and priorities Monitor team productivity, attendance, and performance Resolve operational incidents and customer escalations Prepare performance and progress reports Continuously train and provide feedback to the team **Requirements** Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree Minimum 1 year of experience coordinating debt collection teams Experience managing operational staff Results-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure Knowledge of extrajudicial debt collection (preferred) Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and half-day Saturdays Proficiency in Excel and report generation **We Offer** Competitive base salary Statutory benefits Job stability Opportunity for growth Employment type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
