Opportunity to develop IATF QMS for new plants **Your Job**Implement, maintain and improve the Quality Management System in the plant, share the best practice improvements with QMS Corporate function or other CMSBU plants **Our Team** Working with the PBM philosophy, code of conduct, applying the koch principles as well as information security protocols **Who you are** * Bachelor's degree in engineering field or related * Minimum 5 years' experience being a QMS coordinator or QMS lead in Tier 1 or Tier 2 Automotive industry * Team player with excellent leadership skills including interpersonal, oral and written capabilities coupled with a pro\-active and hands\-on working mentality * Working knowledge of Statistical analysis, SPC, PPAP, FMEA, GD\&T, Gage R\&R and Control Plans * Working knowledge and implementing quality management system of IATF 16949, 27001\-TISAX and ISO 13485 and other related management system standards and ISO 19011\. * Working knowledge and implementing quality management system of ESDS 20\.20 * Knowledge in customer requirements VDA6\.3, BIQS, MSA\-Q1, GM 9 \+ 2 elements * Advanced English **What will put you ahead** * Previous experience of having implemented and developed an IATF QMS for a new plant. * Familiar with OEM CSR (GM/VW/Ford/BMW etc.) is preferred At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
