A food freezing forklift operator operates machinery at sub-zero temperatures (down to or below) to move, stack, and load products, ensuring inventory rotation (FIFO), expiry date control, and maintenance of the cold chain, while strictly complying with safety and sanitary regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Cold-Environment Operation:** Operate electric forklifts (with special seals for a ) to load, unload, and transport raw materials or finished products within freezing chambers and loading docks. * **Inventory Management (FIFO):** Ensure the oldest stock is dispatched first (FIFO \- First In, First Out). * **Product Inspection:** Verify batch numbers, expiry dates, and physical condition of pallets during stacking. * **Preventive Equipment Maintenance:** Perform daily check\-list (battery, brakes, lights, hydraulic system) to prevent failures in the frozen environment. * **Safety and Cleanliness:** Apply safety regulations, maintain narrow aisles in orderly condition, and report any malfunction, incident, or food safety issue. * **Trailer Loading:** Dispatch goods to transportation routes. * **Required Skills:** * Experience operating forklifts (sit-down/stand-up, narrow-aisle). * Physical tolerance to low temperatures. * Knowledge of safety regulations (NOM\-006\-STPS) Position Type: Full-time, Probationary Period Contract Duration: 3 months Salary: $11,200\.00 \- $13,360\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for indefinite-term contract * Cafeteria service Work Location: On-site employment
