Focus on solution standardization and continuous process improvement **Your Role** We seek Process Technicians to provide direct support to manufacturing processes on the production floor, ensuring their stability through continuous observation, data collection and analysis, execution of tests, and follow-up on issues until resolution. This position serves as a technical bridge between operations, quality, maintenance, and engineering, contributing to solution standardization, reduction of process variation, and improvement of process performance through documentation and control of critical conditions. **Our Team** We provide direct support to manufacturing processes on the production floor, ensuring their stability and performance through continuous observation, data collection and analysis, execution of tests, and timely issue follow-up until resolution. We collaborate closely with operations, quality, maintenance, and engineering to understand process variations, document findings, and contribute to solution standardization that enhances efficiency and reduces defects in a continuous production environment. **What You Will Do** * Provide direct support to processes on the production floor, observing real-time operating conditions. * Collect process data and machine conditions for analysis and tracking. * Execute controlled tests to validate process changes or solutions. * Analyze production, quality, or process issues, identifying potential root causes. * Follow up on recurring issues until stabilization or permanent resolution. * Document findings, results, and actions taken in logbooks or technical forms. * Support solution standardization, ensuring sustainability within the process. * Collaborate across departments (operations, maintenance, quality, engineering) to resolve issues. * Participate in process improvements, reducing scrap, rework, or downtime. * Monitor process stability, focusing on critical parameters and variations. **Who You Are** * Technical or related engineering education (TSU, ongoing or completed engineering degree in manufacturing, processes, or automation). * Availability to work all three shifts. * Production-floor experience with direct exposure to manufacturing processes. * Experience supporting production lines, including startups, setups, and product changeovers. * Experience resolving process or quality issues, with follow-up to final resolution. * Execution of controlled tests and validation of in-process parameters. * Ability to document technical information (parameters, conditions, findings, actions). * Basic data handling and Excel analysis skills to identify patterns or trends. * Foundational analytical thinking, focused on understanding cause\-effect relationships in processes. * Effective communication in a manufacturing environment, interacting with operations, quality, maintenance, and engineering. * Operational discipline and adherence to safety and integrity standards (e.g., no unauthorized parameter changes, proper PPE usage, etc.) At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
