





**Education:** Degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, or Electromechanics. **Technical Knowledge:** We are seeking a proactive and leadership-oriented Technical Support Coordinator to manage our IT team. You will be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted operation of the technological infrastructure, overseeing compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), and guiding first- and second-level support teams at the Country Club. **Key Responsibilities** * **Team Leadership:** Supervise, train, and evaluate technical staff under your responsibility. * **Preventive Maintenance:** Coordinate hardware and software maintenance schedules across the organization. * **Inventory Management:** Track technological assets (laptops, servers, peripherals, and licenses). * **Process Improvement:** Implement best practices (based on ITIL) to optimize end-user support. * **Vendor Relations:** Manage warranties and procurement of technological supplies. **Technical Knowledge:** * **Network Administration** (Windows Server, Active Directory). Firewall configuration and security protocols. * **Soft Skills:** Assertive communication, problem-solving ability under pressure, and excellent customer service orientation. * **Language:** Technical English (ability to read manuals and provide intermediate-level support).
