Benefits exceeding legal requirements Our company, engaged in the sale of audio and lighting electronic products, is expanding and therefore looking for a Payroll Manager who is organized and highly responsible, ensuring the accurate management and control of payroll processes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting or related field (completed). Minimum 5 years’ verifiable experience as Payroll Manager in payroll preparation and administration. Solid knowledge of portals such as: IMSS, SUA, FONACOT and INFONAVIT. Payroll Tax calculation Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas). Experience using NOMINPAQ. High level of organization, confidentiality and attention to detail. Experience managing multiple Employer Registration Numbers. Main Responsibilities: Weekly/bi-weekly payroll preparation and calculation. Employee registration, termination and modifications with IMSS. Determination of taxes and fulfillment of employer obligations. Control and reconciliation of attendance incidents (absences, disabilities, vacations, permits). Personnel file administration and document control. Assisting employees on payroll-related matters. Calculation and management of severance payments, final settlements and annual adjustments. Preparation of reports for audit purposes.
