Position Summary: We are seeking a New Product Engineer with experience in electronic manufacturing to manage the full product development lifecycle. Key Highlights: 1. Manages the entire new product development lifecycle. 2. Collaborates with engineering teams and customers to define objectives. 3. Extensive knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes. New Product Engineer Requirements: Completed engineering degree in a related field Advanced English proficiency 2 years of experience in project management or new product coordinator roles within the electronics manufacturing sector, or as a new product developer (Product Owner). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Comprehensive knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes, including SMT (Surface-Mount Technology), PCB assembly, and functional testing. Responsibilities: Manage the complete new product development lifecycle, from conceptualization through mass production. Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical specifications and quality criteria. Interface with customer counterparts to define commitments and objectives, ensuring effective planning of timelines, qualification models, volume requirements, resources, etc. Maintain documented checklists for preparing new product qualification runs, FAIs, or other customer-specific validations.
