NRC Mexico is seeking a Multi-Competence Project Coordinator in Michoacán who will be responsible for leading the implementation of NRC’s programs in Michoacán, specifically in the areas of Information, Counseling and Legal Assistance (ICLA), Protection, and Education. This role involves managing multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with key stakeholders, technical and budgetary monitoring of projects, and institutional representation before authorities and partners. **2. Main Responsibilities** * Ensure proper programmatic and budgetary implementation in accordance with area strategy, internal procedures, and donor regulations. * Coordinate and manage correct project execution (activities, implementation plans, budgets, and project documentation), using Project Cycle Management (PCM) as a reference. * Specific technical responsibility for quality control and monitoring of project activities. * Contribute to the identification, selection, and follow-up of implementing partners in the Michoacán office. * Support the review, adjustment, and updating of technical guidelines and implementation tools, data entry forms, beneficiary registration systems, etc. * Provide feedback, evaluate, promote, and document technical improvements, best practices, lessons learned, and other options for program development. * Collect, analyze, and keep updated information on the context of the area, and provide analysis regarding operational needs and gaps. * Prepare periodic reports on the status of program implementation. * Contribute to the preparation of proposals and donor reports for ongoing or completed projects. * Comply with all administrative, financial, logistical, human resources, and security guidelines established by NRC. * With support from the Human Resources department and specialists, carry out recruitment and onboarding processes for staff under supervision. * Manage personnel under supervision, including performance and development evaluations. * Support/strengthen programmatic capacity building for the team under supervision. * Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor in fulfillment of the job objective. **3. Professional Competencies** * University degree in Social Sciences (Law, International Relations, Social Work or related fields). * Experience with projects funded by United Nations agencies (UNICEF or similar). * Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in humanitarian contexts. * Knowledge of the humanitarian and security context in Michoacán. * Experience in international protection, human rights, legal identity, housing, land, and property. * Sensitivity when working with vulnerable populations and in conflict settings. * Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams. * Knowledge of the project management cycle. * Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish. * Proficiency in Office 365 and databases.
