Position Summary: We are seeking an F&I Manager to generate insurance and automotive financing contracts, with experience in sales closing and financial management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Generation of insurance and automotive financing contracts 2. Customer follow-up and credit application processing 3. Collaboration with other departments to achieve financial objectives GRUPO FAME (We are an Automotive Distributor with nationwide presence, a solid company with over 60 years in the market) We require **F\&I MANAGER (FINANCING AND INSURANCE)** Work Location: BYD ZAMORA **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field * Experience in sales closing strategies * Experience in automotive financing or similar field **Skills:** * Negotiation * Honesty * Responsibility * Proactiveness **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 9 AM to 2 PM and 4 PM to 7:30 PM * Saturday: 9 AM to 2 PM **Responsibilities:** * Generate insurance and financing contracts, as well as warranty extensions, with customers. * Follow up with customers to renew insurance policies and coverage. * Track credit applications. * Prepare and report financial statements to relevant departments. * Ensure departmental compliance with the distributor's accounting policies and procedures. * Collaborate with other departments to achieve the distributor's financial objectives. * Maintain updated quotation tools from various financial institutions. * Monitor policy expiration dates to make telephone calls and renew insurance policies. * Manage and submit credit bureau inquiry authorization forms for processed applications. * Notify, invoice, and print credit contracts for approved applications. * Request account statements for customer application settlements. * Inform sales advisors about policies and coverage options for various automotive insurance contract types. **We Offer:** * Base salary of $10,300 gross per month \+ Monthly bonus * Statutory benefits from day one * Opportunities for growth and development **JOIN GRUPO FAME!**
