Software: Office Suite Equipment: Computer equipment Driving: Standard vehicles Inventory control and management **Receiving materials** · Prepare spaces prior to material arrival · Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) and rotate products accordingly · Coordinate truck arrivals with drivers and purchasing department · Process transit permits · Hire stevedores and coordinate unloading · Provide instructions for truck positioning · Receive materials at branch via trailer, courier, or transfer · Generate receiving reports · Respect established layouts. **Inventory control** · Conduct daily audits of 5 products (80/20\) to ensure movement tracking. · Assist in conducting monthly physical inventories · Review and report any inventory discrepancies. **Product expiration control.** · Generate reports on expired, near-expiration, and damaged products. · Follow up on claims with the purchasing department for write-offs. **Material deliveries** · Dispatch materials to customers following established procedures. · Deliver materials with fiscal documents to properly record material release. · Supervise correct handling of materials. **Home deliveries** · Schedule deliveries within established timeframes. · Load materials together with colleagues according to the items listed on the invoice or delivery note. · Verify that the loaded materials match the specified quantity and type listed on the invoice/delivery note.
