**Job Description:** Analyze priorities according to factory-bound projects. · Request and track the receipt of project drawings for manufacturing at the Tuxpan plant. · Review whether the project includes specifications for material type, complete dimensional information, as well as floor levels and heights, and fabrication marks. · Verify that the drawings include all accessories, with full dimensions and material type specified. · Print the complete project for review by the production department to confirm its constituent components. · Quantify materials required for accessory fabrication, specifying plate thickness, number of pieces, area (m²), and weight (kg). · Prepare cutting drawings and part count lists for accessory shipment. · Communicate with the production department and the Guadalajara (GDL) projects department regarding any drawing modifications or reviews. · Perform a complete piece-by-piece breakdown of the entire project using a standardized format developed by the same department, specifying part numbers, overall dimensions, material type, cutting examples, and location marks. · Prepare assembly drawings for fabrication, including general dimensions and component placement according to dimensional requirements. · Print work orders (drawings) for each project, along with the breakdown sheet containing dimensions, marks, and part counts, and submit them to the quality department for review during fabrication of all projects. · Coordinate daily scheduling of work orders to project completion timelines. · Periodically visit the plant to observe and review production and assembly progress, and resolve any worker questions related to work orders, layout and assembly drawings, and part breakdowns. · Perform daily scheduling based on project priorities. **Requirements:** * Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D is mandatory. * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. * Immediate availability. * No issues relocating to **\*TUXPAN JALISCO\***.
