Leadership and decision-making At **Agronacer Fruit And Berries**, dedicated to the **freezing and packaging of high-quality berries for domestic and international markets**, we seek to add a **Purchasing Manager** with a strategic mindset, strong negotiation capabilities, and experience in the agro-industrial sector to our team. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and execute procurement of raw materials, supplies, packaging materials, and services. * Negotiate with domestic and international suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and on-time delivery. * Evaluate and develop strategic suppliers. * Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely supply to support operations. * Analyze costs and propose cost-saving strategies. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and food safety requirements. * Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics departments. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum of **3 to 5 years** of experience as Purchasing Manager or Purchasing Coordinator (preferably in the agro-industrial or food industry). * Knowledge of agricultural inputs, packaging materials, and spare parts procurement. * Strong negotiation and cost analysis skills. * Proficiency in ERP systems and intermediate/advanced Excel. * Willingness to work onsite at the plant. * Valid driver’s license. * Willingness to travel within the city or outside. **Key Competencies** * Leadership and decision-making * Planning and organization * Effective communication * Results-oriented mindset * Ability to work under pressure **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability and opportunities for growth. * Opportunity to join a company experiencing constant growth.
