**ENCANTO MÉXICO is seeking an Inventory Assistant in Lerma, State of Mexico** --------------------------------------------------------------------------- GRUPO ENCANTO is looking for talent to join its team as **Inventory Assistant**. ### **Responsibilities:** * Conduct cyclic and physical inventory counts in the warehouse. * Update records in the system and support internal audits. * Identify discrepancies and participate in investigations of inventory variances. * Report incidents and propose improvements to logistics processes. ### **Requirements:** * Completed high school education or a related technical degree. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of inventory management systems and Microsoft Office suite. ### **We Offer / Benefits:** * Monthly salary range: $12,000 \- $13,500 gross. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Direct employment contract with the company. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am \- 7 pm. One Saturday per month.
