We invite you to join our team as a ***Retail Training Analyst***! **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Psychology, Communications, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in retail training (textile industry preferred). * Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service. * Familiarity with retail commercial indicators. * Ability to design training materials and presentations. * Willingness to travel nationwide. * Proficiency with digital tools (Microsoft Office, Canva, e-learning platforms, etc.). **Responsibilities:** * Design training programs for sales, operations, and customer service. * Deliver in-person and virtual courses in stores and corporate offices. * Develop instructional materials (manuals, presentations, quick-reference guides). * Coordinate onboarding sessions for new employees. * Evaluate training effectiveness using performance indicators and feedback. * Ensure proper implementation of operational standards in stores. * Generate progress and results reports for training initiatives. **We Offer:** * Monthly net salary of $12,000–$14,000 MXN. * Statutory benefits. * Life insurance. * Office parking. * Brand discounts. **Work Location and Schedule:** * Offices located in Anzures, Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX. * Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM (early Friday dismissal). * Weekend days off.
