Ensuring safety standards and report preparation IFLY is seeking: FLIGHT INSTRUCTORS **OBJECTIVE:** Train and certify pilots through theoretical and practical instruction, ensuring compliance with safety standards, aviation regulations, and operational skills. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Delivering theoretical instruction \- Practical training in simulation and flight \- Evaluating student performance \- Supervising maneuvers and operational procedures \- Ensuring safety standards in every operation \- Preparing progress reports, logbooks, and evaluations. **REQUIREMENTS:** Pilot training or degree in aviation Valid Commercial Pilot License Minimum 350 flight hours Valid Human Factors course **SKILLS:** \- Clear and effective communication \- Leadership and group management \- Decision-making ability \- Strong sense of responsibility \- Results-oriented and adherence to regulations **EXPERIENCE:** Verifiable flight hours (minimum as per regulatory requirements) Valid Human Factors course Additional certifications Instructor experience preferred Employment type: Full-time Work location: On-site employment
