Crisis management knowledge AVAILABILITY TO ROTATE SHIFTS **Skills:** Customer service attitude Sense of urgency and problem resolution Teamwork Responsibility and commitment Negotiation skills **Responsibilities:** Identify and report any non-compliance with company policies and/or established procedures. Surveillance through CCTV monitoring in department stores or supermarkets. Personnel management and resolution of risky situations. Generate reports on detected events or those requested by area management within the established timeframe depending on urgency.
