We are looking for an **MEP Coordinator** to join our corporate team. In this role, you will be instrumental in the success of our construction projects. **Objective:** Plan, supervise, and coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and special installations in construction projects, ensuring quality, adherence to schedules, and regulatory compliance. **Responsibilities:** * Plan and monitor installation schedules, ensuring timelines and budgets are met as defined in the project. * Coordinate with supervisors and contractors to ensure technicians execute installations according to drawings, technical specifications, and applicable regulations. * Special installations: CCTV, BMS (automation), voice/data, HVAC. * Prepare construction progress reports and verify that installation quality meets project and organizational standards. * Optimize costs and timelines through value engineering and contractor supervision. **Requirements:** * **Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.** * Prior experience coordinating MEP projects in construction. * Knowledge of construction regulations and technical standards. * Ability to work collaboratively and lead projects. * Effective communication skills. **Benefits:** * We offer a collaborative and challenging work environment. * You will have professional development opportunities. * We work on projects that positively impact the community.
